Local Shipping (Singapore)
All orders will be shipped four to five business days from the day of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified.
Standard Courier - $5, free for orders above $75
Our courier will contact you directly on the day of delivery. Kindly ensure someone is present at your chosen address to receive the parcel. A maximum of two delivery attempts will be made. If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, our courier may leave the parcel in a place they deem to be safe or returned to us, at which point a re-delivery fee of $5 will be chargeable.
Kindly also note that any re-deliveries due to incomplete or invalid address will also be chargeable to the receiver.

We offer free worldwide express courier for orders above $150.
For orders below $150, we charge the following shipping fees:
Malaysia, Brunei: $5
Australia, NZ: $20
Rest of World: $30
Changed your mind or item does not fit as expected? Don’t worry we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Please write to us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your items. We will arrange for an exchange of item or refund to you in the form of store credit.
You will need to pay for the postage costs of returning the item. All items will be checked to ensure they are in their original condition (i.e. unused, unwashed, original tags and labels still on) before we proceed. Registered mail is highly recommended as we will not be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged upon return.
Your Store Credit refund will be valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Defective or wrong item? We check every order before shipping it to you so we hope this does not happen!
Nevertheless, if you still receive a wrong or defective piece, please write to us within 3 days of receiving the package at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can rectify it. We will bear the return postage. In the event the item you ordered is no longer in stock, we will arrange a full refund to you.
